One-on-One Sessions
As the name suggests, Yoga Therapy is the therapeutic application of yoga, to assist people with a range of physical, emotional and mental health concerns. Yoga Therapy empowers and supports individuals to manage and improve their health and well-being. Using the principles of yoga and applying a range of yoga practices, developed within a professional therapeutic relationship. Applications include helping people with concerns such as sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, chronic fatigue. Connie's One-on-One Sessions are designed to guide you through a personalised practice. Using her knowlegde and experience she will assist you in your practice as well as providing a nurturing and caring space.
