Trauma informed yoga is a senisitive and caring form of yoga practice. Its focus is to help clients to develop a greater sense of mind-body connection, to ease the physiological experiences of trauma. Connie will guide you through your journey with yoga and meditation practices created just for you. Below are some benefits which may be experienced from trauma Informed yoga:
