WHAT IS RESTORATIVE YOGA?

Restorative Yoga is a calming and soothing style of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation and stress relief. It's designed to be accessible to people of all experience levels, especially those who are looking for a slower, more mindful practice. Blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps are often used to support your body, allowing you to relax deeply without strain.

In our fast-paced world, we are all experiencing disconnection – from our sense of self, community, spirituality, and nature. A modern and brand new location, with air-conditioning, ample space for yoga, seated eating area, Lift, and car-park just at the front. Meet YourYoga Teachers Connie & Francesca

Connie will bring her years of experience as a yoga therapy teacher to guide gentle yoga and yoga nidra practices. Her belief is that yoga is for the well being of the whole person, not only for the benefit of the physical body, but the the mental, emotional and spiritual state of the body. Francesca will focus on Silent ART meditation, she willexplore how this modality can benefit the mind and soul. Her belief is that yoga is about balance and getting in tune with your senses, intuition and imagination. Through, movement, creativity, and connection with the breath.

We look forward to meeting you for a day of serenity, gratitude and peace.
