Yoga therapy is a form of yoga that can help people of all levels, abilities, and ages. Using traditional yoga methods to support you to manage/prevent disease, reduce symptoms and maintain health and wellbeing.
Yoga Therapy helps us develop a stronger sense of ourselves, our identity, self awareness, acceptance, compassion for self and others.
Applications include helping people with concerns such as sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD and chronic fatigue.
My intention is to offer you something nourishing and healing for your body mind and spirit. Supporting you back to wellness and your body [our temple of radiance]. Learning to listen and develop compassion for yourself and others. You will experience a combination of Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Breathwork and creative practices to gain health and spiritual wellbeing.
